Sandy has a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She has a bachelor’s degree in Hispanic studies and family studies from St. Olaf College.

As Executive Director, Sandy secures resources and supports so HCI can deliver high-quality collective impact services — ensuring that systems work well for kids and youth and enable all youth to thrive.

Sandy’s favorite thing about working at HCI is that the people at HCI are inspiring!

Fun fact: Sandy is a sucker for a good love story, and she enjoys going to wedding dances with her siblings – they’re quite often the first on/last off the dance floor!
