Services Offered:
PrairieCare offers residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial hospital programs, intensive outpatient programs, outpatient therapy, and medication management services to children and adolescents. PrairieCare also offers mental health services to adults including intensive outpatient programs, outpatient therapy, and medication management. Currently we offer services in person and through telehealth. Call 952-258-3120 to set up a free 20-minute mental health phone screening. If appropriate, we can help you set up a needs assessment to help you navigate your journey in accessing mental health care.
