Mobile Opioid Support Team (MOST)

 

No matter where someone is on their journey with opioid use or recovery, there’s help and hope. The Mobile Opioid Support Team (MOST) helps individuals using or in recovery from opiate drug use by providing support and connections to community resources.

Individuals living or receiving services in Rice County
Individuals using or in recovery from opiates
Family members of those using or in recovery from opiates

Age Range of Clients Served:

13  and up

Services Offered:

chemical health assessments; connection to treatment and recovery resources, including medication assisted treatment (MAT); Naloxone, Naloxone Delivery, connection to county resources; insurance support and funding to help cover the costs of suboxone; funding for emergencies and transportation; recovery support

Language Considerations:

Translation support available.

Financial Considerations:

There is no cost to receive services from the Mobile Opioid Support Team. No insurance required.
