HealthFinders Collaborative
HealthFinders provides individual therapy in English and Spanish to children, adolescents, and adults. Areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, depression, family issues, and behavioral issues. Outpatient counseling is provided in Northfield’s clinic, Faribault’s clinic, and both Northfield and Faribault High Schools.
HealthFinders Collaborative offers a Medications for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD) program which serves individuals regardless of insurance (private or State-managed plan) by providing access to medications that reduce cravings for opiates. Please call to schedule an appointment or if you have questions about MOUD.
