Healthy Community Initiative

The TORCH Youth Advisory Board will offer yearbook scholarships to 11^th and 12^th grade students who have not yet ordered a yearbook due to financial difficulty.  Yearbooks currently sell for $78 plus tax.  Students on free and reduced lunch will qualify for the scholarship.  The scholarships will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis for the limited number of yearbooks that remain.
