Healthy Community Initiative

A poetry slam, open to all Northfield High School students, is planned for April 14 at the Northfield Middle School.  Prior to the poetry slam, poetry workshops will be offered to students in an effort to prepare them for the poetry slam and to generate excitement for the event.  Guante, a national poetry slam champion from Minneapolis, will conduct poetry workshops at the Northfield High School on March 28, from 1:00-5:30 p.m.
