This is an opportunity to celebrate the work of Healthy Community Initiative in supporting 30+ youth- and family-serving initiatives in Rice County.
If you are interested in attending HCI’s annual breakfast fundraiser, but have not received an invitation from a Table Captain, please email info@healthycommunityinitiative.org to get connected.
During the breakfast you will hear from local youth who are impacted by HCI’s programs. We hope to inspire you to support HCI’s mission financially! If you are moved to make a donation now with your registration, please click here.
