Prior to joining the HCI team, Ann held positions that have given her extensive experience collecting and auditing data for standardized testing and research.
As Data Support Specialist, Ann trains and supports Salesforce users at HCI partner organizations.
Her favorite part of her role is watching users learn and succeed.
