Joined the HCI team in 2021
Odalis graduated from Northfield High School and the TORCH program in 2019. Through the Northfield Community College Collaborative, she took classes at Riverland Community College and Normandale Community College, and she earned an associate of arts degree in 2021.
As an Early Learning Specialist, Odalis visits families in their homes twice a week. She provides free educational books and toys, promotes play and reading time, prepares children for school, and provides resources for families.
Odalis loves seeing children’s education grow within the program’s two years and strengthening the bond between the child and the family. She also enjoys reading and playing with children and their parents.
Fun fact: Odalis likes to be out in nature and take long walks with her dogs.
