Joined the HCI team in 2024
Molly received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Augsburg College. She has worked extensively in the nonprofit sector with young adults transitioning to adulthood. Prior to coming to HCI, Molly worked for the Faribault Public School District and Workforce Development, Inc.
As a Network Impact Coordinator, Molly manages the Substance Misuse and Suicide Prevention Grant for the Rice County Chemical and Mental Health Coalition.
She is looking forward to making an impact on the lives of Rice County youth!
