Joined the HCI team in 2023
Over the past three years, Sher has worked extensively with student data in school districts, supporting state reporting and developing various analysis reports, including demographics, attendance, and educational performance reports. In the past year, he also obtained a Data Analyst certificate through Google.
As a Data Analyst at HCI, Sher supports program performance improvement by collecting and analyzing data. He assists in creating and maintaining dashboards, developing data-driven strategies, and producing visuals to aid decision-making and grant reporting.
Sher receives the most satisfaction from his job when he is able to help stakeholders translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that make sense.
Fun facts: In his free time, Sher enjoys hanging out with his family and friends, cooking, and watching The Lord of The Rings Trilogy at least once a month, in no particular order.
