Outpatient and residential treatment for chemical dependency and co-occuring disorders. Serves adolescents and young adults ages 14-25 at its Plymouth, MN facility.
Adult programs are offered in Center City and St. Paul, MN. Hazelden also offers family, parent and sibling programs, outpatient mental health services, nicotine recovery services, research, and publishing resources on addiction and recovery. Continuing care and alumni programs, as well as recovery enrichment programs, are available
