Free by the Sea: Drug & Alcohol Recovery Center (Telehealth)
Free by the Sea offers high-quality evidence-based addiction treatment (including gambling) that focuses on treating the underlying mental health issues that co-occur with substance use disorders. Treatment methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization therapy, and trauma-informed therapy and address underlying causes of addiction such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationships. Life skills, addiction education, and relapse prevention is provided.
