At Relationship Therapy, we seek to strengthen our client's healthy relationship to themselves and to the people who are important to them. We are passionate about creating a more just, equitable, and healthy society, by healing the recursive cycles of trauma, addiction of all types, and relationship challenges, through education, therapy, training and consultation.
Rice County Public Health
Provides tobacco cessation referral and education. They also offer family home visiting services by nurses and family health paraprofessional staff for parent/health education and to support/strengthen parent/child relationships, primarily focused on children 5 and younger.
Rice County Social Services
Rice County Social Services outpatient mental health providers offer individual, family and couples counseling to individuals who reside in Rice County, are uninsured or underinsured, or who have experienced significant barriers to accessing care elsewhere.
Rice County Social Services – Mental Health Services
Rice County Social Services provides no-cost outpatient therapy for Rice County Residents who are uninsured or under-insured. (in-person Spanish interpreters) (in-person Somali interpreters)

Secure Base Counseling Center
An outpatient mental health provider which offers individual, family, couples, and group therapy. SBCC also provides state-certified children’s therapeutic services, DC-05 assessments, autism assessments, and skills groups.
Sparrow Psychiatry
A psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) board-certified to assess, diagnose, and manage the mental health needs of clients.
Spero
Spero (formerly South Central Human Relations Center) provides mental, behavioral and substance use assistance to individuals, couples and families through therapy, group work, case management and psychiatry services.
Stacey L. Klempnauer, MSW, LICSW
As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide mental health counseling to adolescents and adults dealing with severe and persistent mental illness, anxiety and depression, chronic health concerns, HIV, grief and loss, life change, adjustment issues, issues surrounding sexual orientation and alternative lifestyles, trauma, substance abuse issues, and physical abuse.
