Relationship Therapy Center
Relationship Therapy Center is an outpatient private therapy practice that offers culturally responsive couples and family counseling, individual relationship and mental health therapy services, and talk therapy for children ages 6+. We specialize in relationship therapy and work with relationships of all kinds, including LGBTQ+ relationships and non-traditional relationship and family structures.
Rice County Public Health
Provides tobacco cessation referral and education. They also offer family home visiting services by nurses and family health paraprofessional staff for parent/health education and to support/strengthen parent/child relationships, primarily focused on children 5 and younger.
Rice County Social Services
Rice County Social Services outpatient mental health providers offer individual, family and couples counseling to individuals who reside in Rice County, are uninsured or underinsured, or who have experienced significant barriers to accessing care elsewhere.

Secure Base Counseling Center
An outpatient mental health provider which offers individual, family, couples, and group therapy. SBCC also provides state-certified children’s therapeutic services, DC-05 assessments, autism assessments, and skills groups.

A psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) board-certified to assess, diagnose, and manage the mental health needs of clients.
Spero
Spero (formerly South Central Human Relations Center) provides mental, behavioral and substance use assistance to individuals, couples and families through therapy, group work, case management and psychiatry services.
St. Olaf College Counseling Center
Counseling Center was established to enhance the personal growth and development of its students. We offer a variety of services and programs, including individual counseling, group counseling, nutrition counseling, workshops, psychoeducational seminars, testing, consultation and referrals.

Provides mental health counseling to adults 18 years and older dealing with anxiety and depression, life change and adjustment issues, trauma, grief and loss, and issues that relate to being LGBTQ+.
