Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, active, low-stress activity that allows high-school students to get exercise and also create positive social relationships. What sets Ultimate apart from other sports is that it is very team-oriented and there is not toxic competition between teams.

The Northfield Ultimate Frisbee Team, The Hucks, is not affiliated with Northfield High School, so it receives no financial support for the team or the members of it. The Hucks leaders applied for a grant to ensure that anyone that wants to be a part of the team can be, no matter what their financial situation. Northfield YouthBank funding will pay for jerseys, tournament fees, practice discs, and Dome time for practice in the early spring.
