Healthy Community Initiative

Link is the Northfield High Schools’s Transition program that welcomes the freshman class at the beginning of each school year and continues to support all freshmen throughout their first year of high school. Link is coordinated by older high school students with the help of staff advisers. youth LINK leaders are planning a Freshman Fun Night. The goal of this event is to make the freshmen at the high school feel more comfortable and connected to the school. The event is scheduled for Friday night, November 18, and will include games and activities.
