Joined the HCI team in 2020
Haley has a bachelor’s degree in race and ethnic studies with a concentration in educational studies from St. Olaf College.
As Operations Director, Haley supports the day-to-day operations of HCI. She loves working in a community that is so deeply invested in its youth.
Fun fact: Haley started working for HCI after she graduated college and has had six different job titles at HCI — Support Specialist, Project Manager, Early Childhood Navigator, Early Learning Specialist, Student Services Coordinator, and now Operations Director.
