Joined the HCI team in 2021
Cindy has a medical administrative degree from Dakota County Technical College. Before joining the HCI team, Cindy worked for a chiropractor and at Three Links Care Center.
As a Family Engagement Navigator, Cindy helps families who have children at Bridgewater and Spring Creek Elementary Schools. She helps in both the school and home settings. Cindy’s main concern is to make sure the students feel connected within the school and want to attend! She also helps families find activities for their children.
Cindy’s favorite part about her job is realizing that she has made a connection with students.
Fun fact: In the summer, Cindy enjoys doing any outdoor activities – nothing like spending time outside under the sun!
