The Mayor’s Youth Council Film Festival

In an attempt to address the desire of so many youth in our community to have a movie theater, the Mayor’s Youth Council will be hosting a monthly movie at the high school that is free and open to the entire community. With concessions for sale and a movie on the “big screen”, the monthly film will give Northfield youth that movie theater experience they are clamoring for.
YouthBank’s grant will pay for the cost of obtaining the license to show movies to a public audience, renting the space and helping to underwrite concessions.
